Redmi Note series is always received well in India. And the Redmi Note 8 Series was no different. It was launched with three colour options – Space Black, Neptune Blue and Moonlight White. And today, a new Cosmic Purple colour variant of the Redmi Note 8 is joining the line-up in India.
The Cosmic Purple variant will be available in two memory variants – 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB. The lower variant will be priced at ₹9,999 while the higher variant will cost you ₹12,999. Both the variants will be available in India from November 29 through Mi.com, Amazon India and Mi Home stores.
The Redmi Note 8 is powered by the Snapdragon 665 at its heart. This is used to power the 6.3-inch FHD+ LCD waterdrop display. This waterdrop display houses the 13MP selfie shooter. ON the back, it has a quad camera setup which includes a 48MP Primary, 8MP Ultrawide, 2MP macro and a 2MP depth sensor. Everything here gets the juice from a 4,000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. Also, a fingerprint sensor resides on the back of the device.
The device runs on Android 9 based MIUI 10 out of the box. All the colour variants – except Cosmic Purple are currently available for purchase on Amazon India. The Cosmic Purple would arrive on November 29.
