Oppo will be revealing its new Reno3 series soon – which will include the Reno3 as well as the Reno3 Pro. The Reno3 Pro will also have a 5G variant – the design of which was previously unveiled by Oppo’s VP, Brian Shen. When he unveiled that the device will just be 7.7mm thick, there were some concerns that the battery life might suffer. But well, now we don’t need to worry much as the battery capacity of the device has been unveiled. The Oppo Reno3 Pro 5G will have a 4,025 mAh battery.

Oppo Reno3 Pro 5G battery

Well, that sounds great now as the Oppo Reno3 Pro 5G will just be 7.7mm thick and it’ll still have a 4,025 mAh battery. This battery capacity sounds pretty good on paper, but I still have my doubts about the battery life as it’s a 5G device with curved display – probably with higher refresh rate and resolution as well. I would still expect it to last for a day but not above that. Now that’s not to say it would be bad by any means – It’s extremely respectable if they have achieved this.

Even their recent devices – Oppo Reno2 and Reno Ace are equipped with 4,000 mAh battery but still have a thickness of 9.5mm and 8.7mm, respectively. Well, there’s not much information available for the Reno3 Pro 5G except these official tweets from Oppo’s VP. But we can expect to see more of Oppo Reno3 Series leaks in the near future.
