Everyone in the smartphone industry is looking to get a pie of the budget smartphone buyers. With that in mind, HMD Global launched Nokia 2.2 with Android One in India. This new device checks all the basic smartphone checkboxes at the impressively low price of Rs. 6,999. This new budget device might be the one to receive Android Q first, in this price range.

The predecessor of Nokia 2.2 i.e. Nokia 2.1 was an Android Go device while this new Nokia 2.2 is a part of the Android One Program. It runs on Android 9 Pie out of the box and also comes packed with Digital Wellbeing features like Dashboard, App Timers, Wind Down and the improved Do Not Disturb.

Also, there is a decent sized battery of 3,000 mAh inside Nokia 2.2. But it still charges using the old micro-USB port.
