Google Calendar was down earlier this day for several users around the world. Roughly estimated time of outage is expected to be about three hours. Those users who were trying to access the Google Calendar at that time were greeted with a 404-error message through the browser. The issue began around 10AM ET and continued till around 12:40PM ET.
Following all this, several users went on Twitter and complained about this issue. It’s also interesting to note that this issue occurred right around the time when Google’s G Suite account posted a tweet which promoted Google Calendar.
Google services like Gmail and YouTube also saw an outage in this month, before Google Calendar did. Now, we can just expect that all other services stay unaffected for a longer period. As of now, Google has fixed the issues with the Google Calendar, and the service dashboard of Google Calendar confirms that.
