Google rolled out Android Q Beta 4 update for the eager testers on June 5. But that didn’t go well as several people couldn’t install the new update. It didn’t matter if the person manually downloaded the file and flashed on the device or it just came as an over-the-air update to those who had already installed Beta 3. Due to this, the Android Q Beta 4 rollout has been paused by Google.

Google has been already made aware of these reports and is currently investigating the installation issues. As said before, they have also temporarily paused the rollout of Android Q Beta 4 to all the Pixel devices. Google is already apologizing to the users for the inconvenience caused due to this. Also, it further said that it’ll get back to us once the issue is resolved.

Android Q Beta 4 Rollout Paused

As of now, there’s no clear date when the rollout would begin again. But I do hope that Google would fix these issues soon and would get back to us within some days. You were lucky if you somehow managed to install this latest Beta. If not, just wait for a few more days and you’ll be able to taste that new version.
